Would you like to book an event stress-free, providing you with certainty in the event of unexpected situations? The Next Venue Guarantee Fund makes it possible. This special fund provides guarantees when booking events in whatever form, from large conferences and trade fairs to small business meetings and even weddings. Anyone booking a Next Venue location takes advantage of the guarantee fund and the three certainties below that the fund offers.
- Cover in the event of extraordinary accidents
Entitles you to reschedule the event in case of death or permanent disability of the organiser (lead booker, director, bride and groom). - Cover in the event of extreme weather conditions
Entitles you to reschedule the event if it cannot go ahead due to extreme weather conditions. - Cover in the event of a pandemic
With us, you are guaranteed the option to reschedule your event if you can no longer meet due to a pandemic.
The cost?
They are transparent: We charge 5% on the value of the quote.
Also good to know:
- The cover measure can be redeemed once.
- A new date will be set in consultation, within 6 months after the original event date. You also have the option to move your event to 1 of 15 other Next Venue locations.
- Regarding the risk of weather conditions and a pandemic, we adhere to government guidelines.
